30-Day Risk-Free Trial
We want you to love your Puredova. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return it for a full refund.

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello @ puredova.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll send you return instructions and a shipping address within 1 business day.

Condition for Return
Items should be returned in like-new condition, in the original packaging where possible, with all included accessories. Products that are damaged from misuse are not eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect — in those cases, we'll cover the cost.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once it's issued.

1-Year Warranty
Every Puredova includes a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If your unit stops working properly under normal use within 12 months of purchase, email hello @ puredova.com with your order number and a description (and photo/video if possible) of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or repair.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items (if marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return.
